What do I need to bring:

We ask that all cats come with all their own food to last for the duration of their stay. You can also bring a blanket or towel that smells like home so your cat can settle in quicker, but please note that the cattery cannot be held responsible for these items.

Medication and Allergies/ dietary requirements:

The cat team are more than happy to cater to your cats medical needs. All medication must be clearly marked and kept separate from food. Please make the team aware of any medication or allergies/ dietary requirements prior to arrival so we can be fully prepared to make your cats stay as comfortable as possible.

Vaccinations:

Proof of vaccinations with valid expiry dates are required for all guests. Please upload a PDF or photo to your pets account on our online login system. All cats are required to be vaccinated against FVRCPP and Rabies.

Fleas and worms:

The cattery doesn’t want any unwanted guests! Please make sure your cat has been treated against these nasty pests. If a cat brings fleas into the cattery the owner will be responsible for any costs incurred in removing them from the area.

Opening hours and Check In:

The cattery is open from 7am to 6pm every day. Check in is by appointment prior to arrival.

Early/ late check in/out:

If you need to check your cat in or out outside of opening hours there is an additional $20 fee. Please make the team aware and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Reservations and Cancellations:

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Once paid, the reservation is firm. There is no refund but, if for any reason, you cannot keep your reservation, we will happily give you a credit for future use. We do this to avoid clients who cancel at the last minute or fail to show because a friend or family member offers to care for their pet. This may deprive another cat of our unique cattery experience because we thought we were at capacity.

Shuttle service:

The kitty cat shuttle operates during the week between GTA and Muskoka. The prices are as follows:

- Meeting shuttle: $195 return; $97.50 one-way.
- Door to door pick up: $390 return; $195 one-way.

long-term care

Cats may require long-term care for a variety of reasons and here at the resort we are happy to provide a home away from home for these cats. Please contact the team for more information.
